Browser Compatibility

The eFiling website has been programmed to work with all modern browser versions. This should include, but is not limited to Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. The browser landscape is constantly changing, and every effort is made to keep up with it. However, if you encounter any issues using the system, please utilize the Technical Support options below.

eFiling Support (Procedural):

For help with submitting eFilings and other eFiling questions. For filing status, sign into your account and select Recent Filings or review the system generated email. All compliant eFilings are normally processed within 3 business days.

Business hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Inquiries made outside of these hours will be given priority treatment as we strive to respond to all inquiries/questions by the next business day.

Technical Support:

Only use if you are unable to create an account or are having other technical issues. All other inquiries should be directed to our eFiling Support page at ra-efiling@pa.gov.

If you experience any technical issues or other errors while using the eFiling website, please send an email to the PUC Help Desk or call 717-787-8227. The PUC Help Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding State-observed holidays).

Maintenance:

Certain functions of PUC's eFiling system will be unavailable every day from 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for routine maintenance. Additionally, maintenance will be performed on the third Saturday of each month and the system will be down for approximately 15 minutes at some point between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The functions that are not available during these maintenance periods are: POR searches, user account modification and eService Directory.
